F2C: Freedom 2 Connect will take place at:

Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA) is the closest airport to F2C:Freedom to Connect's venue. It reliably takes about 30 to 40 minutes on the Metro, with one change of trains. Surface transportation (Taxi and Super Shuttle) are also available, but times can be slower in rush hour.

Two other airports, Dulles (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington (BWI), are also practical. They tend to have more nonstop flights from longer distances, but travel to Silver Spring is more dependent on surface traffic; especially slow in rush hour. Both IAD and BWI are about 32 miles from the F2C:Freedom to Connect venue in Silver Spring. The drive might be 30 minutes or 1:30 depending on time of day. SuperShuttle and rental cars are available. There's a Hertz local in Silver Spring two blocks from the venue, and one-way rentals from BWI and IAD can be practical and reasonably priced.

Amtrack from Boston and New York are also quite practical. It is the best way to get to DC from New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Delaware and Maryland. Trains arrive at Union Station, a convenient 5-stop Metro ride to Silver Spring.
